Welcome to another edition of Seventies Saturday.
Today (March 29th) marks the thirty-fifth anniversary of Breakfast in America, the sixth studio album from Supertramp.

This is another one my Dad (thankfully) brought home - don't even think he waited until it appeared in Columbia House catalog, he heard "The Logical Song" and bought the album. Caught me playing it so much that a copy of the album showed up on my Soundesign all-in-one stereo system.
Played it a bajillion times, had to buy another vinyl copy before picking it up on CD in 1984. Currently have three pressings of that CD in my collection and they all sound wonderful.
If and when I ever finish my all-time favorite albums list, Breakfast In America will surely be in or near Top 20.
