This month marks the thirty-fifth anniversary of Music Box, the second studio album from R&B singer Evelyn "Champagne" King. This 1979 release hit number 45 in Canada and number 12 on the US Billboard R&B charts. It also spent seventeen weeks on the US Billboard Album chart, peaking at number 35.
